About these terms
These terms apply whenever you purchase a package, subscribe to a plan, or generate an asset through Engaze, a sole trader business based in London, UK ("we", "us", "Engaze"). We currently offer three kinds of service — custom creative packages (brief-based video, image and brand asset work), AI Studio (instant, self-service AI generation), and dealership video plans (monthly vehicle video subscriptions) — and this page covers all three. By placing an order, starting a subscription, or using AI Studio, you agree to the terms below. If anything here is unclear, get in touch before ordering.
Our services
Engaze creates AI-generated social video ads, informative videos, image ad sets, brand identity assets (including logos and brand guidelines), and vehicle walkaround videos for businesses of every size, using tools including Runway. Exact deliverables, formats, and turnaround times for each package or plan are listed on the relevant page at the time of purchase. Broadly:
- Custom creative packages — you submit a brief, we (or a creator working with us) produce the asset, and you review a draft before final delivery.
- AI Studio — a self-service tool at ai-studio.html where you upload a photo or video (or, for some tools, just describe what you want), pay a fixed price, and receive an AI-generated result with no draft or approval step in between.
- Dealership video plans — a monthly subscription where you upload vehicle photos on an ongoing basis and we return a branded walkaround video for each one.
Ordering and payment
Custom creative packages: you'll start by completing a brief describing what you'd like made, including any add-ons. Once we've reviewed your brief, we'll send you a secure payment link via Stripe for the exact total. No payment is taken before this point, and work begins once payment is received — turnaround times are counted from then, not from when the brief was submitted.
AI Studio: the price for each tool is shown up front before you pay. You upload your file and/or describe what you want, then pay by card via Stripe Checkout. Generation only begins once your payment has cleared — nothing is generated, and no credits are drawn down, beforehand.
Dealership video plans: plans are monthly subscriptions billed via Stripe, typically starting with a one-off setup fee alongside your first payment. Each plan includes a monthly vehicle cap; vehicles uploaded beyond that cap in a given month are billed at the applicable per-vehicle overage rate shown on the dealership pricing page. Plans renew automatically each month until cancelled.
Monthly retainers and dealership plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time via our Contact page. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep the plan through the period you've already paid for and won't be charged again after that.
Fulfilment by creators
Some custom creative packages and dealership videos are produced directly by Engaze; others are assigned to a creator working with us (a freelancer or team member using our internal tools to complete your order). Either way, your contract is with Engaze, not the individual creator — we're responsible for the quality, timing, and delivery of your order regardless of who on our side produces it.
Revisions
Custom creative packages include a set number of revision rounds, as listed on the pricing page. A revision means adjusting the draft we've already produced based on your feedback. Requests that significantly change the original brief (a different subject, format, or concept entirely) may be treated as a new order at our discretion.
AI Studio purchases are a single generation at a fixed price, with no separate draft-and-revision cycle — the result you receive is the final asset. If it's not quite right, reply to your confirmation email and we'll take a look; a re-generation may be possible depending on the issue, but isn't guaranteed for every request (see "AI Studio — additional terms" below).
Dealership video plans follow the branded template agreed when you joined — swapping in a different vehicle's photos isn't a revision, but a flagged editing error (wrong logo, cropped plate, etc.) on a delivered video will be corrected at no extra cost.
Delivery and approval
For custom creative packages, we'll send a watermarked draft for your review before final delivery; once you approve it, we'll send the final, unwatermarked files. Please review drafts carefully — once a final asset has been delivered, further changes may fall outside your included revisions. AI Studio and dealership videos are delivered as finished files directly (there's no watermarked draft stage), so do check each result as soon as it lands.
Usage rights
Once we deliver your final assets — whether a custom package, an AI Studio generation, or a dealership video — you own the rights to use them for your business, in your marketing, on your website, on social media, and in advertising. Engaze retains the right to display the work in our own portfolio and marketing materials, unless you ask us not to. Any photo, video, or other file you upload to us (including to AI Studio or a dealership plan) remains yours, and by uploading it you confirm you own it or otherwise have the right to let us use it to generate your asset.
Dealership video plans — additional terms
- You're responsible for the accuracy of any vehicle details, pricing, or finance figures you supply for overlay onto a video, and for making sure you're entitled to advertise those figures under any finance/consumer-credit rules that apply to your business.
- You confirm you have the right to photograph and use images of each vehicle you submit (for example, as the registered dealer or seller).
- Add-ons shown on the dealership pricing page (such as rush turnaround, a price/finance overlay, or a drone establishing shot) are billed in addition to your monthly plan and can be adjusted going forward by contacting us.
- If you go over your plan's monthly vehicle cap, the extra vehicles are billed at the overage rate for that plan rather than being refused or delayed.
- Multi-site groups, higher volumes, or an on-site launch shoot are quoted individually rather than through the standard tiers.
AI Studio — additional terms
- Content you upload (photos or video) must be your own, or you must otherwise have the right to use it — don't upload anything you don't have permission to use, or content that's illegal, infringing, or depicts real people without their consent.
- Because generation is billed and run automatically the moment your payment clears, we can't offer a refund simply because you'd like a different creative outcome from the one AI Studio produced — this is why we recommend a clear, specific description of what you want before paying.
- If a generation fails outright for a technical reason (for example, the tool errors and never produces an output), we'll re-run it or refund that purchase — whichever is quicker.
- Turnaround is usually a few minutes but can occasionally take longer; you don't need to keep the tab open, as we'll email you once your result is ready.
Refunds and cancellations
Custom creative packages: if we haven't started work on your order (i.e. you haven't submitted a brief yet), you can request a full refund at any time. Once work has begun, refunds are considered case by case, taking into account the work already completed. If a final delivery doesn't reasonably match your brief, contact us — we'll always try to make it right before considering a refund.
AI Studio: see "AI Studio — additional terms" above — refunds are limited to genuine technical failures, since each purchase triggers an immediate, individually-costed generation.
Dealership video plans: cancel any time via our Contact page; this stops future renewals but doesn't refund the current billing period. The one-off setup fee, where charged, isn't refundable once your first video has been delivered.
What we need from you
To deliver good results, we rely on the information, references, and files you provide — a brief for custom packages, an uploaded photo/video and description for AI Studio, or vehicle photos and details for a dealership plan. Delays in providing this, or in responding to draft approvals, may extend your delivery timeframe accordingly.
AI-generated content
Every service on this page is built on AI generation tools. While we review outputs for quality and relevance where a human review step exists (custom packages, dealership videos), AI-generated content can occasionally produce unexpected results — this is part of why revisions are included in every package that has them. We do not guarantee that any specific creative outcome will be achieved, whether on a first draft or a single AI Studio generation.
Third-party services
We use third-party providers to run these services — including Stripe for payment processing, Runway and other AI model providers for generation, and Cloudinary for file storage and delivery. Your use of Engaze may be subject to the relevant provider's own terms where you interact with them directly (for example, entering card details into Stripe Checkout). We aren't responsible for outages or errors originating from a third-party provider, though we'll always try to make things right on our end.
Limitation of liability
Engaze provides creative and marketing assets and is not responsible for the business outcomes of using them — including sales, bookings, engagement levels, or how quickly a vehicle sells. Our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant package, generation, or billing period.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled through the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, including as we add new packages, tools, or plans. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
